Our story
Ampcore started when our founders, coming from backgrounds in commercial real estate and utility-scale power development, kept encountering the same gap. Residential and commercial property owners wanted EV charging.
Operators wanted to expand their networks. But delivering it meant coordinating site brokers, lawyers, utilities, contractors, and maintenance providers separately, with no single team accountable for the outcome.
We built Ampcore to be that single team. Today, we develop, fund, and operate EV charging infrastructure end to end, across the UK, Europe, and the US.

The vision
We think every property, whether it’s a retail park, a fleet depot, or an apartment building, should be able to offer EV charging without taking on a construction project to get there.
That means treating charging like any other property upgrade, not a specialist undertaking few teams have the time or expertise to manage. We’re building toward a future where that’s simply how EV charging gets delivered, everywhere we operate.
